The goal of these Fractals Sessions is to help you uncover and articulate the unspoken judgment when working with AI. Teaching someone to plan a job is the easy part — any tool tutorial can do that. The hard part, and the product, is driving the clarity that lets you say what good looks like, out loud, for the first time. Now that production is free, that clarity is harder to reach than ever — because the doing that used to carry the judgment is gone, and the judgment now has to stand on its own. The job plan is the vehicle; the spoken judgment is the delivery.

Common questions

What is an AI coaching session?

A one-on-one coaching session where you leave with the clarity to hand your first job to an AI assistant — what good looks like, written down as a one-page plan. It's not a tutorial. The tools are the easy part; the coaching does the hard part, which is drawing out your own clarity.

Do I need technical skills?

No. The session is about deciding what should run on AI and what should stay human — a judgment about your business, not a technical question. You bring the business; I bring the experience of running one on AI.

What's your experience with AI?

I run Magenta Debrief — a full aviation publication, solo, with AI doing a big share of the daily work. I've also shipped a macOS weather app, an invoicing app, and a retirement planner, all built with AI writing and reviewing the code. The coaching comes from running that operation every day, not from a spec sheet.

I'm not in media or publishing — is this for me?

The work transfers to any information business: PR and communications teams, research, newsletters, small content operations. If you produce or distribute information, the patterns apply.

What's the difference between the three options?

The free discovery chat is a 15-minute fit check. The US$39 session finds the job eating your week and gets what good looks like down on one page. Do you work with clients outside Singapore?

Yes. I'm based in Singapore and work with clients worldwide. Sessions are on video, scheduled across time zones.
