# Content & Workflow Architecture

 How a modern content operation works — from operator through intelligence, infrastructure, and delivery. Every tool named below is one I run daily, and each links to its own site.

Inputs — how you connect

The operator reaches the system through channels — an iPhone app, a web interface, messaging, or email. Nothing goes in or out except through this layer.

Intelligence — the agent layer

An AI agent processes incoming signals using persistent memory, a library of reusable skills, and a scheduler. It decides what to do and when.

Infra — where work happens

One rented server hosts all of it — web traffic, structured data, and files on the same box — and a small computer at home holds the copies that must not depend on it. Code and content sync through version control, so every change is recoverable.

Outputs — what gets produced

The system publishes content (newsletters, guides, reports), generates client deliverables (playbooks, audits, dashboards), and integrates with external services.
