Contra requires macOS Accessibility access to intercept scroll wheel events at the system level. This permission is used solely to read and modify scroll events from physical mice. No other data is accessed.
This permission is processed entirely on-device by macOS. Contra does not read screen content, keystrokes, or any other input.
Contra makes no network requests. There are no servers, no telemetry endpoints, and no third-party SDKs. The app is entirely self-contained.
Contra contains no third-party code, trackers, or analytics libraries of any kind.
